This section is intended to provide some brief information about Real Estate in Orlando/Kissimmee and the surrounding areas.

Jaime was born in Puerto Rico and moved here when 6 years old. Jaime and family moved to Kissimmee in 1980 and have lived there most of his life. Jaime received my undergraduate degree from the The University of Florida with a Bachelor's in Microbiology. He then went on to attend Chiropractic School in Marietta, Georgia graduating in 2001 with a Doctorate of Chiropractic.

Jaime  relocated back to the Kissimmee area and practiced as a Chiropractor since 2001. Jaime has always had a passion for Real Estate and received a Real Estate License in 2006. He is now excited to be joining his wife in working with Buyers and Sellers in the Central Florida Area and abroad!

Vanessa is a native Floridian and a graduate of The University of Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

Working with one of the nation's largest builders, Vanessa sold over 35 million dollars worth of new homes, assisting over 300 domestic and international customers.

With a high level of knowledge and experience in selling to domestic and international customers, you can be assured of the highest level of professional services.

As a quick summary, you will want to start by looking at your financials and determining your comfort level with regards to expenses, payments, etc. We can then begin locating areas of interest. Determine your needs in your new home (bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities, etc). Once you have selected your new home, we will then prepare an agreement to purchase the home. If you are purchasing new construction and the home is not completed, I will take pictures for you throughout the process. I can also provide you with some initial contacts for furniture, management companies, banks, accountants/attorneys, etc to begin your search.

It is extremely important that when looking to buy a home in Florida that you use a Licensed Realtor ^®.

The State of Florida has a Florida Real Estate Commission that tests and qualifies an individual to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent.

Words cannot even describe how amazing our journey for finding the perfect house was with Vanessa by our side. For a whole year, Vanessa patiently showed us house after house and made the entire process FUN!

She knew from the start which houses would suite my husband and me the best, and we ended up buying one of the first houses she ever showed us (those are some good instincts!) Vanessa was professional, punctual, always on top of things, and best of all, FUN! British Family -

My husband and I decided to buy a house in Kissimmee in January 2007. I stumbled upon Vanessa’s web page, and as it said she was a realtor for the Kissimmee area I emailed her. Vanessa emailed me back with in a day, even though she was on holiday in St. Lucia! When she was back from her holiday she contacted me again and we arranged a time for a call. Very efficient.

We spoke a number of times between January and April and Vanessa sent me loads of information about buying a property in Florida, costs, legal requirements etc. I had many, many questions, being from the UK and knowing nothing about buying a house in Florida, but Vanessa helped answer them all. Once we narrowed down the area, budget and house specifics Vanessa emailed me property lists every couple of weeks. When we were about a week from our arrival I sent her a list of the properties that we hoped to view. One of our main criteria was a South-facing garden. Not all property descriptions had this information but Vanessa found out for us, so we could eliminate then from our list.

We only had a week in Kissimmee to find a property and Vanessa was even prepared to give up her Sunday to help us find something!

When Vanessa came to pick us up to view properties she had a lovely pair of high-heeled sandals on. Unfortunately, the doormat at our villa had holes in it and one of the heels got stuck and I caught Vanessa as she kind of fell through the door. She just laughed. I thought ‘my kind of girl’.

As we drove around Kissimmee I found Vanessa very happy and friendly to talk to – not fake and pushy like some sales people I have spoken to. When we were wondering if we were ever going to find something, Vanessa just said ‘if you don’t find it this time you’ll find it next time’. She didn’t try to pressure us to buy something just for the sale. We drove around loads of properties and eventually found ‘the one’.

Vanessa negotiated with the buyer and helped us find all the escrow, surveyors, valuers etc that we needed. She helped from the Florida end with the money transfer and even helped us sorting out some of the utilities.

We hope to buy more property in Florida in the future and we will go straight to Vanessa. My kids even loved her – even though we had to drive about in the car for hours - because she gave them lollypops when we went to her office !

It was lovely meeting you both while we were out there too and definitely let us know when you decide to come over to the UK as we'd love see you again and help out if you need it.

US couple -

We were very fortunate to find Vanessa to be our agent. Being from out of state we weren't sure who or what we would find when we decided to buy our property in Orlando, Florida. Vanessa has done so much more than what we expected an agent should do for a client. From helping us get the best deal on our mortgage to getting the best deal on a hotel room for the closing of our home. She even took a whole day out of her busy schedule to help us look for the best property management group we could find.
