Poinciana Blvd. is only one mile or so for the nearby
Subdivision of Indian Wells, and like its counterpart offers you
the same ease of convenience of navigation throughout the Walt
Disney World Resort Area. Like Polynesian Blvd, it remains a
favourite 'short-cut' for the area's residents, but with one
major difference - you'll have many choices to make. Choose from
any one of a number of vacation rentals in this area, as here,
you'll find one of the largest concentrations of villas and
vacation homes east of Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida.
Names like Villas of Somerset, Villas at Laguna Bay, Villas at
Royal Palm Bay and vacation homes like Hamilton's Reserve,
Montego Bay and Chatham Park can all be found here, or assessed
via. here. Further down the road, you'll also find the
Subdivisions of Eagle Point, Indian Point and Cumbrian Lakes.
Probably one of the most outstanding features of this area, is
not only it's convenience in getting around the area, but also
its proximity to the near 24-hour Wal-Mart Super Center which
offers great values as a major US Retailer as well as any
grocery item for the self catering holiday traveler - a one stop
shop for travelers.
Wal-Mart
can be found by taking a secondary route via Poinciana Blvd to
Oren Brown Rd, a 'short-cut' that the residents are most aware
of.
